  • To establish a coaching mentorship program to enhance coaching development, expand professional networks, and create confidence around career goals.

    •  Pair coaching mentors with coaching mentees to share experiences, exchange ideas, and help guide their coaching development.

    • Reach out to BCSSA coaching alumni and experienced coaches from other disciplines to create a vast network of mentors.

  • To create an online dashboard as a tool to visualize historical competition data.

    • Using visual analytics software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), create an interactive dashboard for coaches to gain valuable insights from graphs, charts, and tables that summarize an individual’s historical performances in each event.
