March 22nd 2012 - Swim Clinics with
Three-time Olympian Brian Johns
WRASA, along with head coach Brian Johns and assistant head coach Ben
Berg have organized three intensive swim clinics for April and May 2012. The
three clinics focus on strong starts, mid-race break-out and fast finishes.
Brian and Ben have also included an important component on injury prevention
through dry-land training activities. Ben and Brian have run many clinics in the
past and together are bringing some of the elite training techniques used at
national and Olympic training levels. Because of the advanced nature of the
programs, the clinics are only open to swimmers aged 10 to 15.
