RV Parking Information & Reservations
The BCSSA welcomes you to bring your RV, however you must make a reservation
and pay the associated fees prior to arriving at the Championships.
The fee structure is below, and please ensure you know how many
parking stalls you will require to accommodate your RV and outside living space.
RV Permit Fee
$30.00 per day (1-4 Parking spots)
*If you require more than 4 spots a $10/per spot surcharge will be added each
day.
**Payment will be via PayPal (3% Service Fee) or Cheque.
CANCELLATION POICY: You may cancel your RV Reservation at
anytime until August 7th, 2012 at 9:00am. Full payment will be refunded to you,
less the 3% handling fee.
Reservations will be on First Come,
First Serve basis. You may either pay by PayPal or Cheque.
All RV's need to be self-contained. No RV portable washrooms will be provided.
This will be on a first come, first serve basis so we suggest you reserve early.
Payment must be received in the BCSSA Office before your reservation is
confirmed. A receipt will be emailed to the email address provided on the
reservation form. Payment must be made by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard etc)
or Cheque and the final deadline for
reservations or cancellations is August 7th, 2012 at 9:00am.
